Where does the French summer camp take place?
The summer camp takes place in Antibes, on the French Riviera, approximately 11 miles (18 km) from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. The town center and sandy beaches are easy to reach, making the camp a convenient location for teenagers spending their summer in the South of France. Students can combine their French course with beach activities, excursions and time discovering the Côte d'Azur.
Will students meet teenagers from other countries?
Yes. The camp welcomes international teenagers from different countries. A typical nationality mix is approximately 70% European, 10% North American and 20% from other regions of the world.
How many French lessons do students have?
The standard course includes 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week, equivalent to 15 hours of French tuition. Classes take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, including a 15- to 20-minute break. Standard classes have a maximum of 15 students.
Each morning includes:
- 2 hours of structured French lessons, covering listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing, grammar, pronunciation and French culture;
- 1 hour of oral practice, using speaking activities and language games to develop communication skills.
Classes take place at Campus Horticole or Leonardo da Vinci.
Supervision and free time
How are teenagers supervised during the summer camp?
Students are supervised by the camp team throughout their stay, except during authorized free time. The amount of independent free time depends on the student's age, accommodation type and, for older students, the permission selected by their parents.
A free shuttle service connects the campuses with Antibes town center and the beaches.
What are the supervision rules for students staying on campus?
Students aged 12: must remain on campus and cannot go out independently.
Students aged 13 to 15: may go out independently until 7:30 pm. They are not permitted to go out alone after 7:30 pm.
Students aged 16 to 17: may go out independently until 7:30 pm.
Parents can also choose whether to authorize evening outings.
What are the supervision rules for students staying with a host family?
Host family accommodation is available from age 13. Free-time rules depend on the student's age.
Students aged 13 to 15: may go out independently until 7:30 pm.
There are two scheduled exceptions:
- Monday: students remain for the mandatory barbecue;
- Friday: students take part in the supervised evening program until 11:00 pm.
Students aged 16 to 17: may go out independently until 7:30 pm.
Parents can also choose whether to authorize evening outings.
What excursions can you join during the summer camp?

Depending on the weekly schedule, you can enjoy a full-day excursion to:

You can stay on one of two campuses in Antibes or, from age 13, with a host family. All accommodation options include full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided.
Campus Horticole: is located in a quiet area on the east side of Antibes and is surrounded by a spacious garden.
On campus, you will find:

- shared showers, sinks and toilets on each floor.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet-style. Packed lunches are provided on weekends when required.
Campus Leonardo da Vinci: is located in a quiet, green area in the north of Antibes.
The campus includes:
- classrooms and accommodation;
- a large self-service restaurant;
- a swimming pool;
- outdoor sports facilities;
- shared rooms for 3 students.
Each room has a shower and a double sink, while toilets are shared and located on each floor.
Full board includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner, with packed lunches provided on weekends when required.
Can you stay with a host family?
Yes. Host family accommodation is available for students aged 13 to 17. Host families are located in Antibes or Juan-les-Pins.
You will stay in a shared room and receive full board:
- breakfast and dinner are provided by your host family;
- lunch is served at the camp restaurant;
- packed lunches are provided on weekends when required.
What should you know about your accommodation?
A few practical rules apply to both campus and host family accommodation.
- Bed linen is provided and changed once a week.
- Towels are not provided, so you need to bring your own.
- Campus rooms are cleaned thoroughly once a week, with an additional light cleaning during the week.
- You are responsible for keeping your room clean and tidy throughout your stay.
- Access to campus bedrooms is restricted at certain times for safety, security and cleaning. The schedule is displayed on site.
