Tasmania is a quiet, clean and safe place to study English, and is renowned for its friendly lifestyle. Indeed, this island situated in the south of Australia has the same size as Ireland and offers a very pleasant and sure life environment. It’s a still preserved area (1/3 of its territory is made up of national parks), which also offers quality services and modern infrastructures. There are 480 000 inhabitants in Tasmania. June, July and August are the winter months. The temperatures are around 10 to 12°, the sky is often clear, but one cannot exclude rain or snow.
